It happens to all men, it happened to me, and at least one of these probably has happened to you and to one of your male friends. Lack of quality of sleep can indeed be a serious factor when it comes to your health. As I have stated before, lack of sleep directly causes stress. And research has shown men experience a type of erectile dysfunction because of stress. And the sentence that follows after something like this unfortunately happens is “I don’t know what with me today”. Well now you do, lack of sleep is directly related to the following factors when it comes to your sex life.

  • Decreased testosterone levels
  • Lack of oxygen delivery throughout the body
  • Malfunction of hormonal glands
  • Blood flow problems

All of the conditions above are nothing unusual for any man, they are closely related to each other and to your sex life in general.

So what can you do to help avoid erectile problems due to sleep deprivation?

Well first things first, get enough sleep. Making money for your family is important, but maintaining a healthy mind and body is more important than anything else. If you simply cannot do this because of self-created reasons, it will cause problems for your body. One of which is lower testosterone levels in your body. Needless to say, not a single living man likes this fact, and the fact that we, as men have lower testosterone levels in our body when we reach a certain age makes the previous statement even more horrifying. But luckily for you there is a simple solution for this. And the solution has been around for a long time. Body builders use synthetic testosterone to elevate their testosterone levels beyond normal levels, so the same method can be used by everyday man, not in order to pump up your muscles but to keep your testosterone levels in check. I have done this with the asox9 formula and take my advice when I say it, it did wonders to my sex life even if I don’t get enough sleep.

Another thing that I wanted to discuss is stress, and how it relates to erectile dysfunction. At least once in your life you probably had a boss that you absolutely wanted to throw out the window without hesitation, and the sleepless night before going to work, because you had a ton of shi* to do only makes the situation worse. So don’t worry, you are not alone. Going home from work stressed out can be the worst thing you can do to yourself, it can and it will lead to stress, and erectile dysfunction which will almost certainly lead to even more stress, and god knows what happens after you get in a fight with your wife. So if you are one of the unlucky ones and have a boss that treats you like a nobody even though you know more than him, don’t take it out on yourself. Before coming home from work take a moment to yourself and hang out with your friend at a bar, and I don’t mean for the drinking it doesn’t even have to be a bar, I mean for the companionship and general change of attitude before you get home. This is the simplest way to reduce your strass on a daily basis, so I recommend it to anybody that has stress problems, it did wonders for me.

In conclusion

It is a proven fact that sleep can and will lead to erectile dysfunction. And the problems if not addressed properly and in time can cause long term issues, and not only to your sex drive but to your overall health, so take a nap once in a while, exercise, eat healthy, and hang out with your friends, your body will be thankful and you sex life quality and life in general quality will drastically improve.
